Join us for our second annual Taste of Terroir Wine Dinner!
It promises to be a very special interactive and educational wine evening hosted by Marcus Ansems, 1 of only 6 Masters of Wine in Canada, and a second generation winemaker.

Reception begins with your first course in the Explorers Society Hotel roof lounge with a sparkling Shiraz (yes you heard that right!) & canapés. Enjoy another 5 courses from Quartermaster chef Olivier Dutil at long tables in McKinnon Hall. Courses are paired with 6 small batch, premium award winning wines from Daydreamer Wines. Marcus will be speaking about how wild fermentation, sustainable farming, climate, soils, and aspect (terrain) affect the taste of the wine. Don’t miss this great opportunity!

Call (250) 814-2565 to purchase your tickets.

Tickets are $110 ea plus tax/tip payable at purchase at the Explorers Society Hotel front desk, or Quartermaster Eatery, or by phone 250-814-256. Tickets are limited, and we cannot place holds on them without payment.

Make a full experience of it and add an Explorers Society Hotel standard room and breakfast the following morning for a promotional price of $129 plus tax, offer only available by phone and until Nov 4th, once booked, rate is non-refundable.
