Invitation to our next Special General Meeting for all Colab members
The Mountain Colab’s board of directors has been working on new policies and a code of conduct to make our space more enjoyable.
For the longest time, the only rule here has been ‘Don’t be a dick’. Even though this rule still remains relevant, it’s time to have more specific regulations. First, to protect our members against any type of harmful behavior – we will now have an easy and respectful conflict resolution process, to make sure you get support if confronted to any problem with another member. Second, this will give the board of directors a clear template on how to run the Colab, to make sure it’s managed the same way no matter any director change.
We have put a lot of thought into this and we honestly hope it will make the Colab a better workplace for all.
Before we adopt officially these documents, we will host a Q&A session to present them to you, as well as answer all questions you might have. We’d love to hear your feedback on the new policies and on how we could serve you even better!
When: January 15th @ 5pm
Where: Colab 1
Beers: will be provided!
A couple of new members have joined us these past few weeks. Welcome, welcome! Make sure you come to the event so we can meet you. 🙂
See you then!
