You select from topics such as Persuasive Influence, Dynamic Leadership, Innovative Planning and more. We gather at the RCU Insurance board room. Yoga-Fit is for participants of all levels of practice and ability. The main focus of this program is to introduce new concepts each week to keep participants engaged and expanding their practice. Through the practice of Yoga, students will also develop improved physical health, mental focus and reduce stress.

Learn to empty the mind to come back to Self. Through easy and accessible practices known as Sadhana or spiritual practice, you’ll be guided in various Pranayama (breathing techniques), Pratyahara (withdrawing the mind from the senses), Dharana (one-pointedness) and Dhyana (deep concentration) exercises. No experience required and all are welcome.
